Bee The Change
I've never followed the status quo. It's something that got me into trouble as a child. On the flipside, that same trait has helped me break free from a family who only understood put downs, power over and control. As the cycle ends I now embark on a journey of reinvention and self-discovery. Some of those who've helped me on my journey so far can be found in the Creative Connections section. These gifted souls are both authentic and kind. I encourage you to make contact if you're seeking conscious connections or in need of a helping hand.
Until now the quote by Mahatma Gandhi has been my guidet: 'Be the change you wish to see in the world.' I love animals, symbolism and signs so I've modified it to Bee The Change. Bees are great at working together to achieve a common goal. Despite having tiny, transparent wings that are remarkably smaller than their body, they manage to fly with ease. Turns out they beat their wings so fast it gives them the momentum to take off and fly free. They remind us to stick together but rise above it all in order to create a better world for everyone.
In letting go of the old to embrace the new I will introduce people, products and activities that facilitate the process of change. In Bee The Change I showcase the products that are supporting me moving forward. There are people and products that resonate for reasons I don't always understand myself. I follow my instincts, find myself somewhere new and then work backwards to find out what got me there.
The thing is, you're here and it's not by mistake or mere chance. There's something here that will facilitate change for you and when the time is right, you'll know exactly what it is. But don't follow me, do what I do - let your intuition guide you and then do your own research to find the why. Then decide if you want to incorporate it into your own life to create a world that's right for you. You'll be changed in ways you never imagined, simply through the act of connecting with what resonates and ditching what doesn't. It allows you to break free of the illusion that you have to follow one path to find yourself again and, in doing so, you become the change you wish to see in the world.
